When I joined, a PoC with user feedback already existed, but the product vision lacked depth. My role was to refine it, making the direction both user-centric and technically feasible.

I focused on defining Information Architecture, creating Service Blueprints, and building a Design System. The blueprints added clarity, enabled a proper PRD, and aligned design with engineering for smoother development.
