π£Β Problems
As a platform for self-representatives and small law firms it had outdated and not friendly design and flows. Which wasn't a big problem for law firms because they get used to anything but was a serious blocker for viral and organic growth and self-representatives who wanted to solve their legal case.
Among main problems were

- Lack of representation on social platforms and real user cases and stories.
- Only one sign up / sign in way not supporting 2FA or socials which lead to such problems.
- As soon as lawyers worked with usersβ information - 2FA was a strict requirement to protect personal information from unauthorized access.
- Lack of authorization through social
- The app looked visually outdated and was initially designed for small screens without scalability in mind.
- Legal forms are pretty massive and there was a problem with navigation across already filled pages to double check your answers or to change them.
- We had a lot of unfinished forms from self-representatives (after conducting interview and pages analysis) we discovered that majority of these cases are when we require the upload of a rarely used document.
